We started as a sole proprietorship doing business as Elite Garage Door Service, and in February of 2006, we incorporated in North Carolina under the same name. We are licensed and insured, locally owned and operated, are NOT a franchise and we do not use subcontractors. We are a drug free workplace and all of our people undergo criminal background checks so you can rest easy about who we send to your home. Many companies of various trades use the word “Elite” in their name and unfortunately most do not live up to it. I chose the name for a reason: It means the best of the best and we strive every day to live up to it. For as long as I can remember, my father taught me no matter what you do, be the best at it. That’s exactly what I have done in every line of work I’ve ever been involved in, and the garage door industry is no exception. We treat every customer as if they’re the most important one because customer satisfaction is our top priority. Without our valued clients, we would be nothing.”
