¾” solid hardwood - LIFETIME warranty on installation. < ¾” solid hardwood or engineered wood floor - 5 year warranty on installation. Site-finished floors - 5 year warranty on the finish. Pre-finished floors - finish warranty is covered by the manufacturer of your product. Laminate flooring - 5 year warranty on installation. Carpet - 3 year warranty on installation.
